Contact and analysis requests

You can contact us by email, WhatsApp or the form, when available. The form collects your name, email, need, timing and optional company and decision role. We retain your consent and the general campaign source, if present, to respond and follow up; this does not subscribe you to marketing. Public document uploads remain disabled. Channel providers may process data outside Mexico. To exercise your rights or request deletion, email alex@pbdenergy.com. We retain necessary data while handling your request and for periods required by applicable obligations.

Website measurement

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure visits, actions and performance. We do not send names, emails, messages, payments or postal codes to these tools. We remove URL parameters and fragments and only accept predefined general campaign labels. Those labels are stored for the browser session to connect visits with requests. These measurements do not use tracking cookies. You can block them through your browser preferences or tools.

Solar calculator: your data and choices

We collect name, email, postal code, tariff, kWh consumption, period and, if entered, payment and bill dates. Consent, registration date and the result are stored to provide access, recalculation and downloads. Consumption or payment linked to your registration may describe your expenditure and requires express authorization in the form. We do not request sensitive personal data, documents, service numbers or CFE passwords. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing or a newsletter. If you choose to subscribe to PBD México on its publishing platform, that action has its own notice. Requesting a review is a separate action you choose. When email verification is requested, we send a six-digit code that expires in ten minutes. Using it confirms access to that email, not your legal identity. The code is not stored in readable form.

Storage, providers and retention

Vercel hosts the site and Neon stores the registration as service providers; processing may occur outside Mexico. Calculator records are not public and are not shared with installers or lenders through this tool. Only public approximate area coordinates are sent to the European Commission PVGIS model; no names, emails, consumption, payments or bills are sent. The necessary pbd_solar cookie provides access from this browser for seven days; it is not a password-based account. Recalculation and downloads are available during that period. A daily task removes registration and estimates from the operational database after seven days; provider recovery copies may remain until rotation and are not used for marketing. Do not submit other people's information without their authorization. Resend delivers only verification email: it receives the email address and message, with no calculation inputs or bills. Pending verification records and security counters are removed by a daily task after one day. A temporary pbd_email_pending cookie lasts ten minutes and binds the code to this browser. Send limits use identifiers derived from email and IP address to prevent abuse.

Correction, deletion and other rights

Edit calculation inputs and recalculate to correct them. During your session, Delete my registration and estimate removes the record from the operational database and ends access. You may email alex@pbdenergy.com to request access, correction, cancellation or objection, revoke consent or limit use and disclosure. Describe the request, data to locate and a reply channel. We verify identity through an agreed channel before disclosing or modifying data; do not send identity documents in the first message. We will communicate the procedure and applicable deadlines by email. Revocation or cancellation ends use of that registration, while public content remains accessible without registration.
