Consumption: PBD-defined scenarios. Low = 70%, medium = 100%, high = 130% of example consumption and demand. Building means offices; Data center includes IT and cooling, with no certified PUE.

Cost: One 30-day reference month using the reference month prices. Excludes VAT, municipal lighting charges, power-factor adjustments, balances and other adjustments. Not a bill, solar savings estimate or annual tariff forecast.

Consumption split: Base 25% · Intermediate 65% · Peak 10%. Assumed split, not a measured profile. Peak-period demand: 225 kW.

Billable demands: Distribution 182.75 kW · Capacity 182.75 kW. Calculated separately using each tariff's minimum and load-factor rules, with assumed scenario demands. DOF: sections 3.1.2, 5.1 and 5.2.

Solar size: 80% of annual consumption ÷ annual production per kWp. Scenario range with ±15% production; not a statistical confidence interval. Does not assess shading, roof, self-consumption or grid connection.

Solar resource: Guadalajara, C.P. 44100 · 1,737.82 kWh/kWp/yr · PVGIS 5.3 / ERA5, 2005-2023. Approximate GeoNames point, not the entire state. 14% losses, optimal orientation. Snapshot from Oct 4, 2026; no per-visitor API call. PVGIS · GeoNames · CC BY 4.0.

Electricity footprint: Annual kWh ÷ 1,000 × 0.444 tCO₂e/MWh. SEN 2024 reference; not a state-specific factor, certified inventory or avoided PV emissions. SEMARNAT notice, May 29, 2026.

Division: The initial choice uses a reference locality's CFE division. You can change it; the whole state need not share one division. DOF: Annex 1.

Storage at a load center

Published: Apr 16, 2026

Storage associated with a load center does not require a storage permit under that modality; its energy is for on-site use, without sale or grid injection.

This does not remove connection, study or demand requirements. It does not apply to every PV or BESS configuration.
